У статті проаналізовано переваги застосування Google-диску сервісу Google Apps у роботі організаційно-навчальних підрозділів ВНЗ. Розставлено основні акценти щодо застосування Google-диску сервісу Google Apps, завдяки якому відбувається зберігання документації та робота зі спільними документами відповідних підрозділів ВНЗ. Автором статті виокремлено основні переваги Google-диску сервісу Google Apps та розглянуто застосування у роботі організаційно-навчальних підрозділів ВНЗ. Описано основні характеристики Google-диску сервісу Google Apps. Визначено, що застосування Google-диску сервісу Google Apps є частиною створення певної інформаційної системи, що забезпечує єдиний інформаційний простір сучасного ВНЗ. The article analyzes the benefits of using the Google Apps service in the work of the organizational and training units of the University. The main emphasis is placed on the use of the Google Apps service Google Drive, which saves documentation and work with the joint documents of the organizational and training units of universities. The author of the article outlines the main benefits of the Google Apps service Google, and considers the application of the organizational and training units of universities. The main features of the Google Apps service Google Drive are described. It has been determined that the use of Google’s Google Drive service is part of the creation of a specific information system that will provide a single information space for a modern university. |
