У статті проаналізовано особливості застосування інформаційних технологій викладачами професійної підготовки, які забезпечують передачу знань і доступ до різноманітної навчальної інформації інтенсивніше та ефективніше, ніж за традиційного навчання. Використання електронних засобів навчання в галузі освіти дозволяє підвищити ефективність та якість засвоєння навчального матеріалу й відкриває великі можливості для вдосконалення навчального процесу в закладах вищої освіти. Доведено, що процес інформатизації суспільства є домінуючим видом діяльності у сфері суспільного виробництва, де на перший план виходять збір, накопичення, створення, обробка, зберігання та передача інформації сучасними комп’ютерними і комунікаційними засобами. У результаті студенти, які працюють у такому середовищі, одержують потужну методичну підтримку. Вони набувають необхідних знань, умінь, навичок під час використання обчислювальної техніки для розв’язання цілком конкретних завдань. Дослідженням встановлено, що впровадження комп’ютерної техніки в навчальний процес значно спрощуються такі значні за обсягом роботи організаційного характеру, як розробка і коригування навчальних планів, повсякденна і достовірна інформація про контингент студентів, використання навчальних кабінетів і лабораторій, наявність підручників і навчальних посібників. Доведено, що інформатизація навчального процесу значною мірою сприяє розв’язанню проблем гуманізації, оскільки з’являються можливості значної інтенсифікації спілкування, врахування індивідуальних нахилів і здібностей, розкриття творчого потенціалу викладачів і студентів, диференціації навчання відповідно до особливостей студентів. The article analyzes the peculiarities of application of information technologies by the teachers of professional training, which provide knowledge transfer and access to diverse educational information more intensively and effectively than traditional training. The use of electronic teaching aids in the field of education enables increasing the efficiency and quality of the acquisition of educational material and opens up great opportunities for improving the educational process in higher educational institutions. This, in its turn, requires thorough psychological and pedagogical research of all problems related to the computerization of the educational process. It is proved that the process of informatization of a society is the dominant type of activity in the field of social production, where the collection, accumulation, creation, processing, storage and transmission of information by modern computer and communication means are coming to the fore. As a result, the students who work in this environment receive powerful methodological support. They acquire the necessary knowledge, skills in using computer technology to solve completely specific tasks. By mastering the work with new software products, students develop self-education skills, that is, an independent work with various electronic means of educational assignment is activated. The study found that the introduction of computer technology in the educational process greatly simplified such significant tasks in terms of work of an organizational nature, as the development and adjustment of curricula, everyday and reliable information about the contingent of students, the use of study rooms and laboratories, the availability of textbooks and manuals. Undoubtedly, such computer network should be integrated both methodically and technologically. It is proved that the informatization of the educational process greatly contributes to solving the problems of humanization, since there are possibilities for significant intensification of communication, taking into account individual tendencies and abilities, disclosing the creative potential of teachers and students, differentiating learning in accordance with the peculiarities of students. The teacher of higher education institution should be not only a carrier of professional and scientific information, but also an organizer and consultant of educational and cognitive activity of future teachers of professional training, their self-education and creative work. |
