Дисертацію присвячено удосконаленню теоретико-методичних положень та практичних рекомендацій щодо стратегічного управління допоміжними бізнес-процесами у виробничо-господарських об'єднаннях. Досліджено форми та особливості діяльності виробничо-господарських об'єднань; розкрито сутність поняття «допоміжний бізнес-процес», вдосконалено класифікацію, принципи та чинники, що впливають на управління ними; удосконалено типологізацію стратегій управління допоміжними бізнес-процесами. Проведено оцінювання ефективності управління допоміжними бізнес-процесами у виробничо-господарських об'єднаннях; здійснено маркетингове дослідження підходів до управління допоміжними бізнес-процесами, на основі якого вдосконалено матрицю «Інноваційність ДБП-Складність ДБП». Проаналізовано світові тенденції управління допоміжними бізнес-процесами. Запропоновано вдосконалену модель аналізування допоміжних бізнес-процесів у виробничо-господарських об’єднаннях; виокремлено методи аналізування управління допоміжними бізнес-процесами; запропоновано механізм вибору стратегії управління допоміжними бізнес-процесами у виробничо-господарських об'єднаннях. Отримані в дисертаційній роботі результати спрямовані на вирішення конкретних проблем вибору стратегії управління допоміжними бізнес-процесами у виробничо-господарських об'єднаннях, що сприяють підвищенню ефективності всієї системи стратегічного управління підприємствами. Диссертация посвящена формированию теоретико-методических положений и практических рекомендаций по совершенствованию стратегического управления вспомогательными бизнес-процессами на производственно-хозяйственных объединениях предприятий. Исследованы формы и особенности деятельности производственно-хозяйственных объединений предприятий. Раскрыта сущность понятия «вспомогательный бизнес-процесс», принципы и факторы, влияющие на управление ими на производственно-хозяйственных объединениях, а также усовершенствована классификация вспомогательных бизнес-процессов и типологизацию стратегий управления вспомогательными бизнес-процессами. Проведена оценка эффективности управления вспомогательными бизнес-процессами на производственно-хозяйственных объединениях. Предложены методические подходы к их управлению на предприятиях производственно-хозяйственных объединений с использованием матрицы «Инновационность ДБП-Сложность ДБП». Проанализированы мировые тенденции управления вспомогательными бизнес-процессами. Предложено алгоритм выбора оптимальной стратегии управления вспомогательными бизнес-процессами на производственно-хозяйственных объединениях. Полученные в диссертационной работе результаты направлены на решение конкретных проблем выбора стратегии управления вспомогательными бизнес-процессами на производственно-хозяйственных объединениях, способствующих повышению эффективности всей системы стратегического управления предприятиями. The thesis is devoted to the improvement of theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for the strategic management of subsidiary business processes in industrial and business associations. The forms and peculiarities of industrial and economic associations activity are investigated; the essence of the concept of " subsidiary business process" is described, the classification of subsidiary business processes is improved, the principles and factors influencing their management in production and economic associations are identified; the typology of the management strategies of subsidiary business processes in production and economic associations has been improved. The development of production and economic associations depends on the effectiveness of managing its business processes, which, by their operation, determine the state of the entire organizational system. It should be noted that at the enterprises of the association through the main core processes implemented the main strategy of the enterprise, and on the basis of them formed the strategy of management of subsidiary business processes. On the basis of the analysis of professional economic literature, the theoretical synthesis of existing scientific views on the definition of the concept of "subsidiary business process" was conducted, which allowed to better reveal its content, to emphasize the complexity and multivariate concept. The study revealed a wide variation in the classification of business processes, which made it possible, on the basis of critical analysis and synthesis of existing approaches to grouping business processes, taking into account the peculiarities of activities in industrial and business associations, to systematize the subsidiary business processes in the direction of their activities, and namely: organizational-administrative, functional-purpose, economic-service and educational-social processes. On the basis of the analysis, it was found that the choice of the strategy of management of subsidiary business processes in the industrial and business associations is rather complicated, because it requires taking into account a large number of factors. In the dissertation the author has developed a typology of strategies for management of subsidiary business processes in production and economic associations; in particular, centralization strategy, decentralization strategy, outsourcing strategy, mixed strategy. An estimation of efficiency of management of subsidiary business processes in production and economic associations is conducted; The marketing research of approaches to the management of subsidiary business processes at the domestic enterprises of associations was carried out and the world tendencies of the management of subsidiary business processes were analyzed. An example of a production and economic association of enterprises in the Lviv region can be JSC "Concern - Electron" - a large diversified company. The thesis analyzed the statistical data of production and economic activity for the period of 2012-2017. As a result of identification of duplication of subsidiary business processes at the Concern enterprises, negative tendencies of their activity were revealed: growth of expenses for their implementation, low efficiency of utilization of resource potential, a large share of subsidiary duplicate business processes and inadequate quality of their execution. The marketing research of approaches to the management of subsidiary business processes at the domestic industrial enterprises of Lviv region was conducted; the sample size was 108 respondents (managers of middle and senior management). According to the results of the marketing research, the matrix "Innovation of SBP – Complexity of SBP" (fig. 1) has been improved, which can serve as a tool for strategic analysis of subsidiary business processes of the enterprise, as well as their division according to the criteria of "innovation" and "complexity". The study of domestic and foreign professional economic literature on approaches to managing business processes with the use of world experience has made it possible to determine their peculiarities. An improved model of analysis of subsidiary business processes in production-economic associations is proposed; the methods of analysis of management of subsidiary business processes in production and economic associations are identified; the mechanism of the choice of the strategy of management of subsidiary business processes at the industrial-economic associations is proposed and the feasibility of its implementation is substantiated. The model of the analysis of subsidiary business processes at the industrial and business associations with the purpose of determining the DBP, which needs to be redesigned according to selected criteria of priority (importance of the business process, problem of the business process, the possibility of making changes to the business process), has been improved. The developed procedure of three-criterial choice of the strategy of management of subsidiary business processes by the level of efficiency, the coefficient of duplication and expenses is substantiated. The mechanism of the choice of the control strategy of the fuel and energy complex in industrial and economic associations has been developed in order to ensure the effectiveness of monitoring, control and adjustment of management measures at enterprises; formation of an effective system of management of subsidiary business processes; reducing costs and optimizing organizations through concentration on key business processes and optimizing management of subsidiary. The results obtained in the dissertation work re aimed at solving specific problems of choosing the strategy of management of subsidiary business processes at industrial and economic associations, which contribute to increasing the efficiency of the entire system of strategic management of enterprises. |
