У статті встановлено, що на сучасному етапі соціально- економічного розвитку України, в умовах переходу до демократичної політичної системи і ринкових відносин діяльність вчителя наповнюється якісно новим змістом, пов’язаним із ускладненням соціальних завдань виховання молоді, посиланням соціальної значущості педагогічної праці, розширенням сфери діяльності, демократизацією навчально-виховного процесу. Показано, що одним із пріоритетів завдань є вдосконалення освітнього простору, який би відповідав потребам сьогодення, і водночас забезпечував такий розвиток освітньої сфери держави, який би мав власні переваги та досягнення. Доведено, що успішне вирішення окреслених вище проблем сприятиме швидшому реформуванню освіти у нашій державі.
The article establishes that at the present stage of the socio-economic development of Ukraine in the conditions of transition to a democratic political system and market relations, the teacher’s activities are filled with qualitatively new content related to the increasing complexity of the social tasks of educating young people, referring to the social significance of pedagogical work, expanding the scope of activities, and democratizing - educational process. It is shown that one of the priorities of the tasks is the improvement of the educational space that meets the needs of the present, and at the same time ensured the development of the educational sphere of the state that would have its own advantages and achievements. It is proved that the successful solution of the problems identified above will contribute to a more rapid reform of education in our country. |
