У статті репрезентовано основні аспекти формування людини з новим типом мислення, підвищення професіоналізму працівників освітньої сфери засобами інноваційної діяльності, підготовку вчителів для Нової української школи як один з напрямів формування людини з новим типом мислення засобами інноваційної освітньої діяльності. Акцентовано увагу на найважливіших аспектах та головних особливостях інноваційної освітньої діяльності в контексті відкритої освіти. Наголошено, що одним із пріоритетних завдань сьогодення є вдосконалення освітнього простору, що має забезпечувати розвиток освітньої сфери держави з власними перевагами та досягненнями. Цьому сприятиме формування людини з новим творчим інноваційним мисленням, яка могла б самовдосконалюватися, реалізовувати себе та генерувати конструктивні пропозиції з наступним їх втіленням у практичну професійну та суспільну діяльність. The article presents the main aspects of the formation of a person with a new type of thinking, improving the professionalism of employees in the educational sphere by means of innovation, the training of teachers for the new Ukrainian school as one of the directions of the formation of a person with а new type of thinking by means of innovative educational activities. Attention is focused on the most important aspects and main features of innovative educational activities in open education context. It is noted that one of the priorities today is improvement of the educational space, which should ensure the development of the educational sphere States with their own preferences and achievements. This will contribute to the formation of a person with new creative innovative thinking that could cultivate, implement themselves and generate constructive suggestions with their subsequent embodiment in practical professional and social activities. |
