У статті встановлено, що з другої половини ХХ ст. в Україні поступово склалася практика, а згодом – певна система виявлення, наукового узагальнення, оприлюднення і широкої популяризації серед освітян кращих здобутків окремих учителів й учительських колективів, що зробило можливим масово, в усіх регіонах країни, добирати зразки новаторських здобутків й організовувати спрямоване педагогічне новаторство завдяки організації педагогічних колективів на розроблення актуальних методичних проблем. Особливу роль у процесі нагромадження кращих зразків педагогічного новаторства відіграють інститути післядипломної педагогічної освіти України. The article found that from the second half of the twentieth century.
