В статті окреслено ефективні технології розвитку суб’єктної активності в соціальних мережах. Наведено деякі вправи з її розвитку, з подальшим психологічним аналізом відповідей учасників. Висвітлено результати проведеного емпіричного дослідження розвитку суб’єктної активності дорослих користувачів соціальних мереж. Визначено середнє значення рівня суб'єктної активності користувачів Інтернет-тренінгу. Виявлено вікову диференціацію учасників Інтернет-тренінгу щодо бажаної суб’єктної активності, а також різницю в цінностях між різними віковими групами.
The article outlines effective technologies for the development of subjectness activity in social networks. The technologies of the subjectness activity forming of Internet users in the form of Internet-training were developed; the experimental study "Internet-training on the subjectness activity development of adult social networks users" was conducted. The structure and organization of an "Internet training on the subjectness activity development of the adult social networks users" were described. The development of subjectness activity of adult social network users happens through the development of its key structural components: the formation and achievement of their own goals; motivation for learning and self-development; intellectual initiation; reflection and introspection, determination of thinking and other metacognition; independence; social activity; freedom of choice and responsibility for it; initiativeness; self-realization; communicative; prognostication. The threats of loss of subjectness are outlined. Some exercises on its development are presented, with further psychological analysis of participants' responses. The results of the empirical research of the subjectness activity development of social networks adult users are presented. The average value of the subjectness activity level of Internet-training users is determined. The age differentiation of the Internet training participants about the desirable subjectness activity, as well as the difference in values between different age groups was revealed: young people are more focused on material goods and entertainment, older participants: to enjoy life and spiritual things, as well as engage in their favorite affairs, like "for the soul". It was shown that the participants are quite clearly aware of their own self-development barriers, among which there are three main: procrastination, lack of goals, and low (framed) attention. During the course of exercises, the participants of the Internet-training were needed to update their own subjectness activity project for a long time, or to correct the existing one.The development of subjectness activity of adult users of social networks corresponds to the level of motivation to self-development and the development of intellectual initiation, other intellectual metacognition.The female audience during the Internet-training showed more activity and openness than male. |
