При розробці технологічного процесу виготовлення отворів, для забезпечення необхідної продуктивності та якості обробки, необхідно враховувати технологічні особливості процесу РОД, зокрема за умов обробки отворів з розвиненим, складним периметром. В цьому випадку доцільно описати відповідним чином цю так звану складність отвору. Для цього введемо поняття критерію складності отворів К як технологічного фактора в умовах РОД, що в відомих межах визначає область раціонального застосування однієї з наведених технологічних схем формоутворення.

In this case, it is appropriate to describe appropriately this so-called complexity gap. For this we introduce the notion of level of difficulty of holes as a technological factor in a ADM that determines the boundaries of the field of rational application of one of the technological schemes of forming. |
