У тезах описуються пріоритети політики ЄС у сфері інформатизації освіти в контексті реалізації програми «Освіта та професійна підготовка 2020». Розглядаються стратегічні європейські документи щодо інформатизації освіти та розвитку цифрових компетентностей. Окреслено інфраструктуру розвитку дистанційної освіти у Республіці Польща, а також описується проблематика використання дистанційного навчання у закладах вищої освіти Республіки Польща та їх перспективність для вітчизняних. Крім того, описується діяльність центрів дистанційного навчання, які діють при закладах вищої освіти Республіки Польща та Європейська Асоціація Університетів, в яких здійснюється дистанційне навчання, і яка охоплює деякі з них. У тезах також розглядається розробка і впровадження стандартів якості відкритої освіти у країнах ЄС, а також важливість стандартизації цифрової компетентності викладачів і студентів.
The thesis describes the priorities of EU policy in the field of informatization of education in the context of the implementation of the program "Education and Training 2020". The strategic European documents concerning informatization of education, development of digital competences and transition to open education are considered. The infrastructure of development of distance education in the Republic of Poland is outlined. The problems of using distance learning in higher education institutions of the Republic of Poland and their perspectives for domestic ones are also described. In addition, describes the activities of distance learning centers operating in higher education institutions of the Republic of Poland and the European Association of Universities in which distance learning is carried out and which covers some of them. The thesis also examines the development and implementation of quality standards for open education in the EU, as well as the importance of standardizing the digital competence of teachers and students. |
