У роботі розглядаються теоретичні та прикладні аспекти стратегічного планування розвитку об’єднаних територіальних громад. Аналізуються процес створення об’єднаних територіальних громад в результаті децентралізації влади, діагностується стан Галицинівської об’єднаної територіальної громади, а також проводиться SWOT-аналіз навколишнього середовища, економічної та соціальної сфер громади. Обґрунтовується стратегічні напрямки розвитку Галицинівської об’єднаної територіальної громади, а також соціальний проект, реалізація якого забезпечить досягнення визначених стратегічних цілей сталого розвитку Галицинівської об’єднаної територіальної громади. The paper considers the theoretical and applied aspects of strategic planning of the development of the united territorial communities. The process of creation of united territorial communities as a result of the decentralization of power is analysed, the state of the Galician communal territorial community is diagnosed, and the SWOT-analysis of the environment, the economic and social spheres of the community is being conducted. The strategic directions of development of the Galician communal territorial community as well as a social project, the realization of which will ensure the achievement of certain strategic goals of sustainable development of the Galician united territorial community, is substantiated. |
