У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти механізму формування стратегії розвитку підприємства в сучасних умовах. Проведено аналіз фінансово-господарської діяльності підприємства. Проаналізовано зовнішнє середовище на ринку спортивних товарів, зокрема у сегменті спортивного одягу, а також внутрішнє середовище і конкурентний стан підприємства. Запропоновано зміни у стратегії в напрямку поглиблення спеціалізації, а саме проект переформатування одного з магазинів мережі на дитячий та підлітковий одяг і взуття. Зроблено оцінку ефективності проекту. Проаналізовано можливі ризики та запропоновано заходи щодо їхньої мінімізації. The theoretical aspects of the mechanism of formation of the enterprise development strategy in modern conditions are considered in the paper. The analysis of financial and economic activity of the enterprise was carried out. The external environment in the market of sports goods, in particular, in the segment of sportswear, as well as the internal environment and the competitive state of the enterprise, are analyzed. The changes in the strategy aimed at deepening the specialization are proposed, namely, the project of reformatting one of the shops of the network for children's and teenage clothing and footwear. An assessment of the effectiveness of the project is made. The analysis of possible risks and measures to minimize them are proposed. |
