У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти державного регулювання малого та середнього бізнесу, характеристика та особливості функціонування малого та середнього бізнесу в Україні, роль малого та середнього бізнесу в економіці України, міжнародний досвід регулювання малого та середнього бізнесу. Проаналізовано стан, проблеми та програми розвитку малого та середнього бізнесу в Одеському регіоні. Запропоновано Індекс легкості ведення бізнесу, характеристику напрямів державного регулювання підприємництва та прогноз розвитку малого та середнього бізнесу в Одеському регіоні. The work deals with the theoretical aspectsof the state regulation of the small and medium business, characteristics and peculiarities of functioning of the small and medium business in Ukraine, the role of the small and medium business in the Ukrainian economy, international experience of small and medium business regulation. The condition, problems and programs of development of the small and medium business in the Odessa regionare analyzed. The proposed Ease of Doing Business Index, the description of the directions of state regulation of entrepreneurship and the forecast of development of the small and medium business in the Odessa region. |
