Нова модель розвитку суспільства знань потребує від сучасного фахівця, педагога Нової української школи широкого спектра навичок і компетенцій для успішного виконання своїх професійних функцій, для забезпечення всебічного і сталого розвитку освіти і науки України. Освіта перетворюється на безперервну систему підготовки когнітивних працівників (knowledge workers), які працюють зі знаннями та інформаційними потоками та вміють ціннісно їх використовувати для якісного виконання нових професійних ролей і функцій. Альтернативною моделлю професійного розвитку фахівців є Віртуальна кафедра андрагогіки. Основною метою діяльності Віртуальної кафедри андрагогіки є створення віртуального кластерного наукового співтовариства андрагогів для проведення наукової, науково-методичної, дослідно-експериментальної діяльності з розроблення та впровадження в практику формальної і неформальної післядипломної освіти новітніх методик і технологій навчання дорослих, підготовки висококваліфікованих фахівців у сфері освіти дорослих. Ця освітня платформа допомагає педагогу безперервно саморозвиватись і самовдосконалюватись впродовж життя шляхом формальної, неформальної освіти та інформальної освіти. A new model of knowledge society development requires a modern specialist, teacher of the New Ukrainian School a wide range of skills and competences for the successful performance of their professional functions, to ensure the comprehensive and sustainable development of education and science in Ukraine. Education is transformed into a continuous system of training cognitive workers (knowledge workers) working with knowledge and information flows and able to value them to use for the qualitative implementation of new professional roles and functions. An alternative model of professional development is the virtual department of andragogy. The main purpose of the Virtual Chair of Andragogy is to create a virtual cluster scientific community of andragogues for carrying out scientific, scientific and methodological, experimental and experimental activities on the development and introduction into practice of formal and informal postgraduate education of the newest methods and technologies of adult education, training of highly skilled professionals in the field of adult education . This educational platform helps teachers continuously self-development and self-improvement throughout their lives through formal, non-formal education and informal education. |
