Здійснено ґрунтовний аналіз шляхів забезпечення якості освітнього процесу курсів підвищення кваліфікації за різними моделями і формами навчання на основі відкритого контенту й освітніх ресурсів післядипломної освіти. Визначено засадничі принципи відкритої освіти. Проаналізовано показники відкритості освіти та якості освітнього процесу на курсах підвищення кваліфікації за різними моделями і формами навчання. Описано електронні освітні ресурси, зокрема бази відкритих портфоліо («Open Sourct Portfolio»), як основний компонент відкритого освітнього середовища. Досліджено умови і чинники для професійного розвиток слухачів курсів підвищення кваліфікації в освітньому середовищі Віртуальної кафедри андрагогіки. Проаналізовано результати перманентного моніторингу якості освіти (педагогічного і професіографічного) на курсах підвищення кваліфікації для прогнозування й проектування освітніх процесів, коригування небажених диспропорцій на основі зібраної інформації і прогнозування подальшого професійного розвитку фахівців. Аналітичні матеріали підготовлено й представлено авторкою на засіданні вченої ради Центрального інституту післядипломної освіти ДВНЗ «Університет менеджменту освіти» НАПН України (засідання № 1 від 12.02.2019 року). In the scientific research, a thorough analysis of the ways of ensuring the quality of the educational process of advanced training courses on various models and forms of learning based on open content and educational resources of postgraduate education has been carried out. The basic principles of open education are determined. The indicators of openness of education and the quality of educational process at the courses of advanced training according to different models and forms of education are analyzed. E-learning resources, in particular open source portfolios («Open Sourct Portfolio»), are described as the main component of the open educational environment. Conditions and factors for professional development of the students of advanced training courses in the educational environment of the Virtual Department of Andragogy are investigated. The results of the permanent monitoring of the quality of education (pedagogical and professional) at the advanced training courses for forecasting and designing of educational processes, correction of unwanted disproportions on the basis of the collected information and forecasting of further professional development of specialists are analyzed. The analytical materials were prepared and presented by the author at the meeting of the Academic Council of the Central Institute of Postgraduate Education of the State University «Education Management University» of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (meeting number 1 dated 12.02.2019). |
