У статті проаналізовано визначення та зміст поняття “конкурентоспроможність майбутнього фахівця” з погляду представників різних наук, що вагомо вплинули на формування його сучасного поняття. Розглянуто етимологічне значення та економічні категорії, що покладені в основу аналізованого терміну. Основна увага зосереджена на особливостях поняття “конкурентоспроможність майбутніх фахівців” як психолого-педагогічної проблеми, центром якої виступають професійні та особистісні якості випускника закладу вищої освіти, що забезпечать затребуваність на ринку праці та працевлаштування за фахом. Вимоги сучасного суспільства потребують підготовки нової генерації фахівців, які здатні забезпечити успіх підприємства у високо динамічному середовищі та володіють здатністю до досягнення власних цілей в умовах конкурентної боротьби не лише підприємств, але й індивідуального суперництва, зумовлених прийнятими в суспільстві цінностями та нормами. The article analyzes the definition and content of the term of “competitiveness of the future specialist” from the point of view of representatives of various sciences, which greatly influenced the formation of its modern concept. The etymological significance of the term “competitiveness” is considered and the economic categories “staff’s competitiveness” and “employee’s competitiveness” are examined as related to the analyzed term on the basis of the feature. The main attention is focused on the peculiarity of the concept of “competitiveness of future specialists” as a psychological and pedagogical problem, the center of which are the professional and personal qualities of a graduate of a higher education institution, which will ensure the demand on the labor market and employment in the specialty. The identity of the concepts of “competitiveness of future specialists” and “competitiveness of graduates of higher education institutions” is established. Found out requirements for the future specialist, the compliance with which will provide him competitiveness in the labor market. On the basis of systematization of scientific conclusions, the definition of the competitiveness of future specialists as their integral ability through a set of professional competencies and personal qualities has been formed, to meet the demand of a certain segment of the labor market in a skilled performance of professional tasks with higher than other graduates of the institution of higher education results, with the observance of social, corporate and personal development. The defined characteristic is based on the psychological characteristics of the individual and is formed as a result of pedagogical influence during the getting of higher education. |
