Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єктом дослідження виступає процес розробки стратегії розвитку веб-студії «SW AGENCY». В роботі розглядаються теоретичні основи формування стратегії розвитку підприємства, види стратегій розвитку, формування стратегії розвитку підприємства та фактори її вибору. Здійснено комплексний аналіз платоспроможності та рентабельності підприємства. Розроблено і економічно стратегію впровадження нових послуг і стратегію формування конкурентних переваг (впровадження системи Антіфрод, власної SDK-платформи, просування (реклама) компанії в Facebook, Instagram, Google, прийняття участь у міжнародній виставці мобільних технологій GSMA Mobile World Congress (MWC). Master's qualification work consists of three sections. The object of the research is the process of developing a strategy for the development of the web studio «SW AGENCY». The paper considers the theoretical foundations of the formation of the enterprise development strategy, types of development strategies, the formation of the strategy of enterprise development and factors of its choice. Complex analysis of solvency and profitability of the enterprise. The strategy of the introduction of new services and the strategy of forming competitive advantages have been worked out (introduction of Antifrod system, own SDK-platform, promotion of the company in Facebook, Instagram, Google, taking part in the international exhibition of mobile technologies GSMA Mobile World Congress (MWC) |
