Дипломна робота складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаної літератури та додатків. Метою дослідження є оцінка інвестиційного клімату в Україні, визначення механізму та шляхи поліпшення інвестиційного середовища, а також застосування світового досвіду щодо шляхів залучення іноземних інвестицій. Об’єктом дослідження є надходження інвестицій та їх ефективне використання в національній економіці, а предметом - економічні відносини, в процесі залучення та використання інвестицій до державного розвитку. У першому розділі досліджуються теоретичні основи механізму залучення іноземних інвестицій, розкривається сутність та види інвестицій, саме іноземних, розглядається прямі іноземні інвестиції, їх місце в економіці, та складові механізму залучених інвестицій. У другому розділі аналізується макроекономічні передумови формування інвестиційного клімату, досліджується структура та динаміка залучення іноземних інвестицій, та проводиться аналіз стану залучення іноземних інвестицій на місцевому рівні, на прикладі Одеської області та м. Одеси. У третьому розділі розглядається світовий досвід залучення іноземних інвестицій, визначені проблеми та шляхи вдосконалення стимулювання залучення інвестицій, та дослідження ефективності функціонування спеціальних (вільних) економічних зон . Проаналізувавши обсяги надходження іноземних інвестицій, інвестиційну привабливість економіки України і на державному рівні , і на місцевому рівні, на прикладі Одеської області та м. Одеси можемо зробити висновок, що Україна може дуже низьку привабливість. Причиною цього є політична нестабільність, високі темпи інфляції, нестабільне законодавство та ін. Для покращення інвестиційного клімату необхідно: знизити рівень корупції, реформування фондового ринку, державне сприяння венчурного бізнесу, податкове реформування законодавства ( надання пільг).
Diploma work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, list of sources used and applications. A research aim is an estimation of investment climate in Ukraine, determination of mechanism and ways of improvement of investment environment, and also application of world experience in relation to the ways of bringing in of foreign investments. A research object is a receipt of investments and them the effective use in a national economy, and by an object are economic relations, in the process of bringing in and use of investments to state development. Theoretical bases of mechanism of bringing in of foreign investments are investigated in the first division, essence and types of investments exactly foreign open up, examined direct foreign investments, their place in an economy, and constituents of mechanism of the attracted investments. In the second division analysed macroeconomic pre-conditions of forming of investment climate, a structure and dynamics of bringing in of foreign investments are investigated, and the analysis of the state of bringing in of foreign investments is conducted at local level, on the example of the Odesa area and Odesa. World experience of bringing in of foreign investments, certain problems and ways of perfection of stimulation of bringing in of investments, and researches of efficiency of functioning of the special (free) economic zones, is examined in the third division . Analysing the volumes of receipt of foreign investments, investment attractiveness of economy of Ukraine and at state level, and at local level, on the example of the Odesa area and Odesa can draw conclusion, that Ukraine can very subzero attractiveness. Reason of it is political instability, high inflation rates, unstable legislation and other For the improvement of investment climate it is necessary: to bring down the level of corruption, reformation of fund market, state assistance of venture business, tax reformation of legislation ( grant of privileges). |
