Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – процес планування та виконання дохідної частини Державного бюджету. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти формування доходів бюджету, функції та ролі Державного бюджету України, класифікація доходів бюджету. Автором проаналізовано формування доходів бюджету, проведено моніторинг податкових надходжень Державного бюджету України та прогнозування доходів Державного бюджету України. Запропоновано шляхи оптимізації планування та виконання дохідної частини Державного бюджету України та обґрунтовано напрямки вдосконалення планування та виконання доходів Державного бюджету України. Master's qualification work consists of three sections. The object of research is the process of planning and implementation of the revenue part of the State Budget. The theoretical aspects of budget revenue formation, functions and role of the State Budget of Ukraine, classification of budget revenues are considered in the paper. The author analyzes the formation of budget revenues, monitors the tax revenues of the State Budget of Ukraine, and forecasts the revenues of the State Budget of Ukraine. The ways of optimization of planning and implementation of the revenue part of the State Budget of Ukraine are proposed and directions for improvement of planning and execution of revenues of the State Budget of Ukraine are substantiated. |
