Наводяться основні напрями діяльності установ регіональної системи післядипломної освіти щодо створення регіональної системи неперервної освіти педагога, характеризуються особливості запровадження модульно-накопичувальної системи під час підвищення кваліфікації педагогічних працівників, розглядаються структурні компоненти самоосвітньої діяльності педагога, а також окреслюється модель управління процесом здійснення неперервної освіти педагога.
The main directions of activity of the institutions of the regional system of postgraduate education are presented in relation to the creation of a regional system of continuing education of the teacher, the peculiarities of the introduction of the modular-accumulation system during the training of pedagogical workers are characterized, the structural components of the teacher's self-education activity are considered, and the model of the management of the process of continuing teacher education is outlined. |
