Розглянуто створення моделі єдиного галузевого інформаційного ресурсу ДНПБ України ім. В. О. Сухомлинського та мережі освітянських бібліотек, яка стане науковим підґрунтям для прийняття стратегічних рішень щодо подальшого формуванню і розвитку зазначеного ресурсу.
Рассмотрено создание модели единого отраслевого информационного ресурса ГНПБ Украины им. В. А. Сухомлинского и сети образовательных библиотек, которая станет научным обоснованием для принятия стратегических решений по дальнейшему формированию и развитию указанного ресурса. In order to provide specialized information needs of Educators V. Sukhomlinskiy State Scientific and Pedagogical Library of Ukraine creates its own electronic resources: electronic catalog, text, abstract and address database and more. Еlectronic catalog formed usually on current income because retrospective conversion of card catalogs into machine-readable is one of the most pressing problems in practice library. Within the project «Organization and method for creation of branch library and information resources for the educational sector of Ukraine» in 2013 conducted an experimental conversion data from scanned of catalog cards to Library Automation System IRBIS-64. Shows the main factors retrospective conversion of card catalogs and its methods. Retrospective Conversion presents three main premises catalog V. Sukhomlinskiy DNPB Ukraine and the branch № 1 and create the image catalog on the web portal library. This catalog is regarded as an intermediate, as further scheduled conversion information UNIMARC-format followed in importing database «Books» electronic catalog. The technical data on scanning cards: two-way, with a resolution of 200 dpi in grayscale images cards stored in a graphical format and jpeg images indexed dividers conducted by field «name separator». The result was scanned 302 thousand cards array which occupy 89.3 Gb (over 590 thousand files). After scanning a web application installed on the website of the library searchable by search delimited and consistent within the separator. Also indexing was performed over 300 cards in 5 th main fields (author, title, statement of responsibility, the output data volume), followed by conversion to. |
