У статті розглянуто функції та організаційну структуру учнівського менеджменту; особлива увага приділена авторській формі самоврядування -учнівському менеджменту. Учнівський менеджмент – це, насамперед, складна система взаємовідносин, у результаті яких розвивається здатність перетворювати неорганізований натовп в ефективну, цілеспрямовану й продуктивну групу через формування вмінь планування, мотивування, організації, приведення в дію та контроль учнівського колективу для досягнення координації наявних ресурсів, необхідних для ефективного виконання визначених цілей, не порушуючи при цьому соціально-культурних норм відносин як всередині колективу, так і з зовнішніми системами. Основними функціями учнівського менеджменту є визначення цілей (аналіз і формування загальних цілей); планування (розробка планів й альтернативних варіантів діяльності); мотивація; ухвалення рішень; реалізація й організація (розпорядок і організація трудового процесу для виконання завдань); контроль (самоконтроль і контроль підсумків, корекція цілей); моніторинг; функція інформації та комунікації (пошук й обмін інформацією, здійснення комунікаційних зв'язків, необхідних на всіх фазах процесу учнівського менеджменту). Розвиток учнівського менеджменту супроводжує процес постійного збільшення зони самостійної діяльності та демократичної взаємодії школярів, який сприяє зменшенню адміністративного простору закладу загальної середньої освіти цілим рядом специфічних функцій: адаптаційної, яка забезпечує гармонію у взаємовідносинах «особистість-колектив»; інтегративної, яка здійснює поєднання колективних та індивідуальних видів діяльності; рефлективно-прогностичної, яка передбачає перспективи існування та розвитку колективу на основі діагностування й моніторингу; управлінської, яка здійснює уведення учнів в управлінську культуру. The article discusses functions and organizational structure of student management; a special attention is given to the author's form of student governance, that is student management. Student management is, above all, a complex relationship which results in developing the ability of transforming an unorganized crowd into an efficient, purposeful, and productive group by means of cultivating skills of planning, motivation, organization, putting into action and controlling student teams in order to coordinate available resources which are necessary for the effective realization of set goals, without breaking socio-cultural standards of relationship within a team and with external systems. Main junctions of student management are goal setting (the analysis and formulating of the purpose); planning (the development of plans and alternative variants of the activity); motivation; making decisions; the realization and organization (daily routine and the organization of labor process to do tasks); control (self-control and the control of conclusions, the correction of goals); monitoring; the function of information and communication (the search and sharing of information, communication links which are necessary at all stages of student management). The development of student management is a constituent of the process of continuous expanding of the zone of self-activity and democratic interaction between students which helps to reduce the authoritative space of an establishment of a secondary education. It occurs by fulfilling a number of specific functions such as adaptive which harmonizes relations «personality-group»; interactive which combines team and individual forms of activity; reflexive and prognostic which outlines the perspectives of the existence and the development of a team on the basis of diagnosing and monitoring; governing which introduces students into the governing culture. |
