В статті представлено результати теоретичного дослідження щодо ролі внутрішньоорганізаційного підприємництва в реалізації концепції «Нова українська школа». Проаналізовано сутність поняття «внутрішньоорганізаційного підприємництва», його структуру. Визначено особливості внутрішньоорганізаційного підприємництва в загальноосвітніх навчальних закладах, його основні функції. За основними ключовими компонентами концепції «Нова українська школа» визначено роль внутрішньоорганізаційного підприємництва. Підкреслено значущість впливу внутрішньоорганізаційного підприємництва на розвиток підприємницьких компетенцій вчителів та учнів.
The article presents the results of a theoretical study on the role of intrapreneurship in the implementation of the concept of new Ukrainian school. The authors analyze the content of the concept of intrapreneurship, which consists of two interrelated and complementary structural components: entrepreneurial activity of employees (psychological component) and the corresponding organizational resources and conditions for realization of employees' entrepreneurial activity (organizational and managerial component). Intrapreneurship in secondary educational institutions implies the creation of favorable conditions for teaching staff's entrepreneurial activity, which results in the production and implementation of innovative entrepreneurial ideas, the creation of new educational products / services / processes and other innovations in order to improve the quality of educational services, to develop the educational organization, increase its efficiency and competitiveness, increase the teaching staff's work satisfaction and dedication to the organization. The authors also discuss the main functions of intrapreneurship in secondary educational institutions, its role in the "The New Ukrainian School" concept as well as its impact on the development of teachers and students' entrepreneurial competences. |
