Ефективність рішень, що ухвалюються керівником навчального закладу залежить від кількості інформації на підставі якої керівник здійснює функції управління. Для зменшення часу на обробку інформації, навчальні заклади використовують різні інформаційні системи та окреме програмне забезпечення. Призначення цих систем забезпечити автоматизацію процесів прийняття рішення, що на даний момент здійснюються за допомогою паперових документів або електронної пошти. Тому від якості систем обробки та обміну інформацією залежить ефективність управлінських рішень керівників навчальних закладів.
The effectiveness of decisions made by the head of an educational institution depends on the amount of information on the basis of which the manager carries out management functions. In order to reduce the time for information processing, educational institutions use different information systems and separate software. The purpose of these systems is to provide automation of decision-making processes that are currently carried out using paper documents or e-mail. Therefore, the quality of the systems of processing and information exchange depends on the effectiveness of managerial decisions of the heads of educational institutions. |
