У статті з'ясовано суть поняття «громадянська культура», визначено її складники, роль у побудові відкритого демократичного суспільства. Акцентовано роль державної мови у становленні громадянської культури, оптимальність її формування на міжпредметній текстоцентричній основі. Проаналізовано джерельну базу, визначено поняттєвий апарат, викладено основні результати досліджень науковців щодо трьох універсальних ключових компетентностей - громадянської, соціальної та культурної. Сформульовано мету й завдання розвитку громадянської культури, виокремлено важливі для її становлення цінності. Визначено оптимальні шляхи виховання громадянської культури на уроках української мови; надано методичні рекомендації; визначено очікувані результати. Підбито підсумки й спрогнозовано перспективи подальшого дослідження проблеми.
The article describes the essence of the concept of "civil culture", defines the components of this concept, speaks of the role of civic culture in the construction of an open democratic society. The role of the state language in the formation of civic culture is emphasized, the optimality of the formation of civic culture on an interdisciplinary basis is considered, where text centerism plays a major role. The author analyzed the literature sources, identified the conceptual apparatus, presented the main results of research on the three universal key competencies - civil, social and cultural. The article formulated the purpose and tasks of the development of civic culture, highlighted important values for its formation. The author also identified the best ways of raising civic culture in Ukrainian lessons, formulated methodical recommendations, determined the expected results. The article presents concrete results and predicts prospects in the process of further study of the problem. |
