У статті розглядається актуальність явища тьюторства у процесі реформування системи освіти в сучасній Україні. Підкреслюється важливість самоосвіти та саморозвитку в інформаційному суспільстві. Подається узагальнення застосування тьюторського супроводу у різних життєвих ситуаціях. Розглядається різноманіття ролей тьютора та принципові відмінності між класичним викладачем та тьютором. Висувається і доводиться ідея про те, що тьюторство у сучасній формі більше, ніж тільки педагогічний феномен. Проводяться паралелі між тьюторським та соціальним супроводом. Визначаються соціальні та професійні групи, стосовно яких існує практика здійснення тьюторського супроводу.
This article deals with the actuality of tutoring phenomenon in the process of reformation in the educational system of modern Ukraine, both secondary and high, and also it reveals that tutoring is actual for other spheres of treating people. Importance of self-education and self-development in the informational society is underlined here. That’s why tutoring becomes necessary not be an outsider in career and as an individuality for your own needs. Generalisation of application of maintenance tutoring in different life situations is proposed in this article. The variety of roles can be played by a tutor is observed. He or she must be an administrative manager, an instructor, a technologist, a librarian, an editor, a leader and others. The principal distinctions between a classical lecturer and a tutor are shown. The idea about the fact that tutoring in its modern variation is more than only a pedagogical phenomenon is put forward and proved. The article proposes parallels between maintenance tutoring and social maintenance, shows the peculiarities of the former in a higher educational establishment. The article describes some social and professional groups which are under maintenance tutoring. We also propose to use tutoring not only in education and traditional social maintenance but also in maintaining different social groups. |
