У статті виділено сучасні проблеми ідентифікації авторів та наукових публікацій в мережі Інтернет. Досліджено відкриті системи ідентифікування науковця ORCID iD та ResearcherID, як вирішення проблеми ідентифікації вчених на міжнародному рівні, пов’язані зі зміною прізвищ, однакових імен та прізвищ, змінної транскрипції і порядку складних імен, де існують середні імена; загальних імен, ініціалів і т. д. Розглянуто досвід використання систем ORCID iD та Researcher ID для розвитку інформаційно-дослідницької компетентності наукових і науково-педагогічних працівників.
The article highlights modern problems of identification of authors and scientific publications on the Internet. The open systems of identification of ORCID iD and ResearcherID scholars have been explored as a solution to the problem of international identification of scientists associated with the change of surnames, identical names and surnames, transcription variables, and the order of complex names, where there are middle names; general names, initials, etc. The experience of using the ORCID iD and Researcher ID systems for the development of information and research competence of scientific and scientific and pedagogical workers is considered. |
