Appropriate modes were established to produce water extracts of hibiscus, and their physical and chemical properties studied. The applicability of hibiscus extracts in ice cream production was confirmed.
Встановлено необхідні режими для отримання водних екстрактів із гібіскуса та досліджено їхні фізико-хімічні властивості. Доведено можливість використання екстрактів із гібіскуса у виробництві морозива. Установлены необходимые режимы для получения водных экстрактов из гибискуса и исследованы их физико-химические свойства. Доказана возможность использования экстрактов из гибискуса в производстве мороженого. |
