It has been established that the heavy milking cows which have the signs of hepatodepressive syndrome show the increase of redox- potential is twice as much as those in clinically healthy, which testifi es to accumulation of oxidized products. The essential increase of oxidized fraction of glutathione and the reduction of its reduced fraction as the result of intensive oxidizing process and accumulation of metabolism acid products in blood has been determined. |
