The article presents the results of the research of the biochemical composition of the plant raw material and ethereal oil of Hissopus angustifolius M.B. grown in Ukrainian Polissya. They prove that the aerial part of plants is characterized by a substantial content of protein, cellulose, ascorbic acids and fats. Ethereal oil of narrow-leaved hyssop is of high quality, since the total content of its principal components, namely pinocamphone and isopinocamphone, amounted to 82,25 per cent at the phase of budding and 76,50 – per cent at the flowering phase.
Представлено результати досліджень біохімічного складу фітосировини та ефірної олії Hyssopus angustifolius M. Bieb., вирощеної в умовах Полісся України. Показано, що надземна частина рослин характеризується значним вмістом протеїну, клітковини, аскорбінової кислоти та жирів. Ефірна олія гісопу вузьколистого має високу якість, оскільки сумарний вміст її основних компонентів – пінокамфону та ізопінокамфону, складав у фазу бутонізації 82,25 %, а цвітіння – 76,50 %. |
