An important lever to improve the overall situation in the agricultural sector of Ukraine may be the revival of productive capacity of agricultural enterprises that will result in business play a powerful natural resource and financial capacity of households to enter into force high technology and equipment, improve skills, develop production process products. The process of the revival of productive capacity means improving the efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise achieve its economic stability and profitability. Trending revival production potential of agricultural enterprises is very responsible and difficult process, especially in an unstable environment. According to the forecast by 2012. factor revival production capacity highest in farms Popilnyansky, NV, Zhytomyr, and Ovruchsky Ruzhynske, Andrushivsky, Chudniv, Lubarsky and other areas of Zhytomyr region, which form a strategic area renaissance and secondary production potential. It is assumed that these areas will produce the greatest number of traditional agricultural products such as grain, milk and meat. And farms and low minimum zone revival production capacity will direct the activities of the restoration of flax, hops, potatoes, fodder. Investment requirements in the recovery of productive capacity is important to ensure through the mobilization of all available investment resources. The classic form of self-financing is equity in the form of profits and depreciation. Motivation for investment in the revival of productive capacity of agricultural enterprises depends on financial stabilit, flexibility and stimulating direction of tax policy reform completeness ownership. Визначено головні зони відродження виробничого потенціалу сільськогосподарських підприємств Житомирської області, зокрема, стратегічна, середня, низька, мінімальна. Обґрунтовано, що джерелами процесу відродження виробничого потенціалу є власні кошти сільськогосподарських підприємств у вигляді прибутку та амортизації. |
