This article deals with the modern tendencies of agriculture in Zhytomyr region. It exposes the directions of forming of institutional principles of its development, which will allow to influence the harmonious combination of such brunches as plantgrower and sockraising. Main indexes of the grain and technical crops production in agricultural structure were analysed. It enabled to assert about positively increasing character of the plantgrower development. Such situation was caused by using of innovative technologies in the industrial process by the great number of enterprises. Also it depends on the growth of the land bank and on profitable naturally climatic conditions of the region. This article tells about positive tendencies which are to contribute the expansion of the feed base and the decreasing of the sizes of fodder purchasing for animals. In the process of investigation it was defined that the growth of indexes of stockraising output production did not contribute the raising of the region state in the allcountry region rating according to the sizes of the production of the given product. The main reasons of this situation are: unprofitableness of animal keeping, restrained possibilities of entrepreneurial organisations as for transition to the innovative technologies of growing and production; lack of effective mechanisms of support and defence of native manufacturer from the foreign competition. Consequently, there were grounded main directions of adaptation of effective institutional mechanisms of support and regulation of renewal process of stockraising in Zhytomyr agriculture. In the endpoint it will allow region enterprises to realize commercial interests not only on the internal but on the external market as well. У статті обґрунтовано сучасні тенденції функціонування сільського підприємництва у Житомирській області. Проаналізовано основні показники виробництва зернових та технічних культур у сільських підприємницьких структурах. Також встановлено, що зростання показників виробництва продукції тваринництва не сприяло покращенню становища області у загальнодержавному рейтингу регіонів за обсягами виробництва даного виду продукції. Обґрунтовано основні напрями щодо впровадження дієвих інституційних механізмів підтримки та регулювання процесів відродження галузі тваринництва у сільському підприємництві Житомирщини. |
