The paper presents the results of the investigation into the green grafting of the universal clone rootstock of the apple subfamily UUPROZ-6. The possibility of reproducing this rootstock using the above method is proved in principle. Treating cuttings before their planting in the hotbed with β-indolylbutyric acid in the concentration of 30–50 mg/l under 16 hours exposition provides for the total yield of cutting within the limits of 87 %. When vegetation is completeof the root system was the highest when the cuttings were treated with β-indolylbutyric acid in the concentration of 40 mg/l – 260 per wilding.d, the thickness of the conventional root neck was about 5 mm and the apical gain was 28 cm. The percentage of rooted cuttings amounted to 78–88 % as compared to all those planted. On the cuttings one can observe about 15 basic roots with the average length of 18 cm. The total length of the root system was the highest when the cuttings were treated with β-indolylbutyric acid in the concentration of 40 mg/l – 260 per wilding. Представлено результати досліджень із зеленого живцювання універсальної клонової підщепи підродини яблуневих УУПРОЗ-6. Доведено принципову можливість розмноження цієї підщепи даним способом. Обробка живців перед висаджуванням у теплицю β-індолілмасляною кислотою в концентрації 30–50 мг/л при експозиції 16 годин забезпечує загальний вихід живців у межах 87 %. Після завершення вегетації рослини мали товщину умовної кореневої шийки близько 5 мм та апікальний приріст до 28 см. Відсоток укорінених живців при цьому становив 78–88 % від числа висаджених. На живцях утворювалося до 15 штук основних коренів з середньою довжиною до 18 см. Сумарна довжина кореневої системи найвищою була за обробки живців β- індолілмасляною кислотою в концентрації 40 мг/л – 260 см на одній підщепі. |
