The monograph covers the investigation into the scientific, methodological and practical principles of the European integration in the agrarian sector on the basis of the existing theories and approaches which have taken shape in the world economic science. It also generalizes the experience of the EU countries which actively apply the advantages of the regional integration while forming the major principles of the agrarian policy which is common to all EU member-countries. Special emphasis is laid on the European model of the rural development, which is being worked out with the use of a new approach and is considered an independent policy of the EU. The analytical assessment of the effects of the Central and Western European countries being integrated into the European structures in the context of the market agrarian transformations is made.
У монографії досліджуються науково-методологічні та практичні засади європейської інтеграції в аграрному секторі економіки на основі існуючих теорій та підходів, що склалися у світовій економічній науці. Узагальнено досвід країн ЄС, які активно застосовують переваги регіональної інтеграції при формуванні основних принципів аграрної політики, яка є спільною для всіх країн–членів об’єднання. Особливого значення набуває європейська модель сільського розвитку, що формується за новим підходом та розглядається як окрема політика ЄС. Проведено аналітичну оцінку наслідків інтеграції для країн ЦСЄ у європейські структури у контексті здійснення ринкових аграрних трансформацій. |
