The thesis covers the investigations into the scientific, methodological and practical foundations of forming up the European integration process on the basis of the most widespread theories and approaches currently in force in the world’s economy. The paper determines the contents, aims and prerequisites of the European integration in the agrarian sector of the economy. It also reveals the whole totality of characters affecting the implementation of advantages of the European integration in the agrarian sector of the economy. The author develops the system of the fundamental principles of the European integration with the agrarian component taken into account and proves the importance of the above principles as a source of developing the integration processes and carrying out the agrarian reform with due respect to the requirements of the EU Joint Agrarian Policy. The paper reveals both negative and positive factors of adapting the national agrarian sector of the economy to the univectorial European model of development. The author also proves the necessity of the further development of the agricultural produce market of the EU countries, the above market being the most promising as compared to the world market. The author also substantiates the social, economic and environmental priorities of developing the agrarian sector of Ukraine’s economy in conformity with the guidelines and prospects of the European integration.
Досліджено науково-методологічні та практичні засади формування європейського інтеграційного процесу на основі найпоширеніших теорій і підходів, які склалися у світовій економіці. Визначено зміст, мету та передумови європейської інтеграції в аграрному секторі вітчизняної економіки. Розкрито сукупність ознак, під впливом яких відбувається реалізація переваг європейської інтеграції в аграрному секторі економіки. Розроблено систему базових принципів європейської інтеграції з врахуванням аграрної складової та доведено їх значення як джерел розвитку інтеграційних процесів та здійснення аграрних реформ з врахуванням вимог САП ЄС. Виявлено позитивні та негативні фактори адаптації вітчизняного аграрного сектора економіки до одновекторної європейської моделі розвитку. Доведено необхідність подальшого освоєння ринку агропродовольчої продукції країн ЄС як найбільш перспективного у порівнянні із світовим ринком. Обґрунтовано соціально-економічні та екологічні пріоритети розвитку аграрного сектора економіки України відповідно до орієнтирів та перспектив європейської інтеграції. |
