У дисертації на основі виявлення та критичного аналізу історіографічної та джерельної бази, а також застосування нових концептуально-методологічних підходів, досліджено проблему суспільно-політичного становища української жінки в період незалежності. В дисертаційному дослідженні проаналізовано різносторонні аспекти становища жінок, а саме процес трансформації їх правового, громадсько-політичного та соціально-економічного стану, питання оптимального поєднання материнства і трудової діяльності жінок у суспільній і сімейно-побутовій сферах тощо. В роботі набули подальшого розвитку аналіз правового механізму та державної політики забезпечення рівних прав і можливостей жінок і чоловіків, впливу соціальних стереотипів на формування суспільної свідомості і місця жінки і ній в сучасному українському суспільстві, простежено тенденції щодо створення соціального портрету української жінки доби незалежності. Автором з’ясовано вплив загальнодемократичних процесів в Україні 90-х рр. ХХ – початку ХХІ ст. на формування соціального портрету української жінки доби незалежності: її повсякденне життя, родина і діти, визначено вплив соціальних стереотипів на формування суспільної свідомості та місця жінки і ній. Thesis is based on the identification and critical analysis of the historiographical and do cumentary base, as well as the application of new conceptual and methodological approaches that explored the problem of socio- political situation of Ukrainian women in the period of independence. In the proposed thesis for the first time in Ukrainian hist oriography modernist public space feminine being in Ukraine late 21 XX – early XXI century, it became the subject of special study, which analyzed theoretically complex multifaceted aspects of women, namely the transformation of their legal, social, political and socioeconomic status, the question of the optimal combination of motherhood and employment of women in social, family and household sectors. The author has been improved and expanded the conceptual and categorical apparatus and methodological research tools, in particular the use of gender approach to lighting problems of socio -political and socio-economic situation of Ukrainian women at the end of XX – beginning of XXI century. Developed further analysis of the legal framework and public policy to ensure equal rights and opportunities for women and men, the effects of social stereotypes on the public consciousness and the place of women, and her contemporary Ukrainian society, traces the trend of creating a social portrait of Ukrainian women since independence. In particular, the influence of general democratic processes in Ukraine 90 years – the beginning of XXI century, the formation of a social portrait of Ukrainian women since independence: her daily life, family and children, a place in the educational and scientific space community, to determine the influence of social stereotypes on the public consciousness and the place of women and her. |
