Дисертацію присвячено проблемі формування акмеологічної компетентності майбутнього фахівця оперативно-рятувальної служби цивільного захисту. У роботі здійснено теоретичний аналіз психолого-педагогічної літератури з проблеми дослідження; визначено особливості формування акмеологічної компетентності майбутнього фахівця оперативно-рятувальної служби цивільного захисту в процесі професійної підготовки у вищому навчальному закладі, сутність, структуру акмеологічної компетентності майбутніх фахівців оперативно-рятувальної служби цивільного захисту. У дослідженні схарактеризовано критерії, рівні, показники сформованості акмеологічної компетеності курсантів. Визначено умови, що впливають на формування акмеологічної компетентності курсантів у процесі їхньої професійної підготовки у вищому навчальному закладі. Розроблено, обґрунтовано та експериментально перевірено педагогічну технологію формування акмеологічної компетентності майбутніх фахівців оперативно-рятувальної служби цивільного захисту в процесі їхньої професійної підготовки. Проаналізовано динаміку змін у рівнях сформованості акмеологічної компетентності курсантів. Експериментально доведено позитивний вплив педагогічної технології на формування акмеологічної компетентності курсантів. The thesis is devoted to the problem of forming the professional competence of future specialist of operative and rescue service of civil protection. It is pointed out that professional activity of a rescuer is one of the most complicated, for it requires the ability to solve problems effectively in extreme conditions, connected with risk to life, limited time for making decisions, high level of responsibility for his own actions, as well as for the actions of his subordinates. The professional training of a future specialist of operative and rescue service of civil protection, who is capable of performing the professional activity, in higher educational establishment is connected with forming the acmeological competence, which provides the ability of a personality to achieve a great success in solving professional problems.The acmeological approach becomes of great importance in the process of acmeological training. The essence of this approach is in an orientation of educational activities on creating conditions for revealing the internal capacities of cadets, integration of knowledge, pedagogical and psychological skills, acmeology and professional subjects, focus on high achievements, self-realization in the educational environment. The acmeological competence of future specialist of operative and rescue service of civil protection is defined as an integrative characteristic of a personality which reflects motives, values, knowledge, abilities, skills, important personally-professional features; mastering the methods of self-development, self-realization for effective solving of complex problems and unpredictable situations in personal and professional spheres of life. It is formed in the process of professional training in higher educational establishment. The structure of the acmeological competence (motivational, personal, cognitive, activity components), criteria, levels and indicators of their formation are determined. The pedagogical technology of forming the future specialist’s acmeological competence in the process of professional training in higher educational establishment is developed and implemented; its stages, combination of methods, conditions of implementation are described. Educational technology: is created on the basis of acmeological, competence, technological approaches; is implemented into educational process of higher educational establishments taking into account pedagogical, psychological and acmeological, special conditions of self-development, self-improvement of cadets; provides filling of humanitarian and practical subjects, which are the basis of professional training of future specialists, with acmeological content; includes the work of acmeological school according to specially prepared program and handbook, containing theoretical material on essentials of acmeology, situations, tasks, trainings, additional material for lectures and practical lessons; includes additional tasks for practice in units; additional activities to work plans of educational and social-psychological departments concerning self-development and self-improvement of professional activity in special conditions; using of active methods of forming of acmeological competence. The effectiveness of the created technology, which contributed to the formation of indicators of cadets’ acmeological competence, is experimentally tested. |
