У дисертації здійснено комплексний аналіз наукових праць з проблем освіти національних меншин в Україні 1920 – 1930-х років. Досліджено праці, у яких аналізуються основні напрями розвитку освіти національних меншин в Україні в 1920 – 1930-і рр.: процеси коренізації в середовищі національних меншин, розвиток мережі шкіл для національних меншин, матеріальне становище освітніх закладів для етнічних груп у 1920 – 1930-і рр. Визначено негативний вплив тоталітарного режиму на ідейне спрямування та науковий рівень публікацій радянського часу. На основі аналізу наявних джерел досліджено основні історіографічні етапи накопичення знань з історії освіти національних меншин України у визначені роки. Виявлено, систематизовано та проаналізовано джерела та літературу з проблем становища освіти національних меншин України, проведена їхня класифікація. Історіографічному аналізу піддані умови створення, тематика, зміст праць, використання архівних джерел, а також проведено синтез знань і встановлено повноту досліджень з освіти національних меншин в Україні 1920-1930-х років. Прослідковано процес формування історично-наукових поглядів на розвиток національної освіти в Україні в 1920 – 1930-х роках. Визначено перспективні напрямки проведення подальших наукових пошуків, спрямованих на вивчення та аналіз праць з історії освіти національних меншин України в 1920 – 1930-х роках. The dissertation is devoted to the complex consideration of scientific work on the problems of the formation of national minorities in Ukraine in the periodof 1920 – 1930 th. The basic questions of the development of the formation of national minorities in Ukraine; ; the processes of employment in the environment of national minorities, thedevelopment of network of schools for national minorities, the financial position of educational establishments for ethnic groups in the period of 1920 – 1930th are investigated in the work. The negative influence of totalitarizm on the ideological direction and scientific level of publications in the Soviet period is defined. The basic historiography stages of accumulation of knowledge on the basis of analysis of present sources from history of the formation of national minorities in Ukraine in the period of 1920 – 1930 th are analyzed and grounded. The sources and literature from the problems of the state of the formation of national minorities in Ukraine in the period of 1920 – 1930th are systematized and analyzed. Their classification is carried out. In the result of applying scientific methods of analysis and synthesis in the research to the historiographical analysis of the conditions of creation, subject, maintenance of work and also the synthesis of knowledge in the research on education of national minorities in Ukraine in 1920 – 1930th were conducted and established. The process of the formation of historical and scientific looks to the reasons of development of national education in Ukraine in the period of 1920 – 1930th is investigated. The prospective directions of further scientific researches are directed to the study and analysis of historical works in the formation of national minorities in Ukraine in the period of 1920 – 1930th. |
