Дисертація присвячена історіографічному аналізу становлення політичної системи радянської України в 1920-1930-х рр. Історіографія політичної системи радянської України даного періоду розглядається в контексті цивілізаційних викликів і зміни базових цінностей в системі «людина-суспільство». Політична система радянської України 1920-1930-х рр. відображена у великому комплексі історіографічних джерел, який включає популярно- пропагандистські видання 1920-1930-х рр., перші дисертаційні розвідки кінця 1940- 19 х – поч. 1950-х рр., методологічні та історіографічні праці 1960-х – першої половини 1980-х рр. із обмеженим використанням архівних джерел, сучасний історіографічний дискурс. Подається історіографічний аналіз літератури про роль більшовицької партії у становленні тоталітарної системи, рад як опори антидемократичного режиму; з’ясовуються провідні тенденції у вітчизняній і зарубіжній історіографії стосовно зрощення партійного і державного апарату та перетворення профспілок і громадських організацій у «приводні паси» від влади до мас. В історіографічному просторі прослідковується трансформація НК-ДПУ-НКВС в каральні органи політичної системи, формування механізму політичного терору в радянській Україні 1920-1930-х рр. Thesis is devoted to the historiographic analyses of the formation of the political system of the Soviet Ukraine in the 1920th-1930th years. The Historiography of the political system of the Soviet Ukraine in the 1920th-1930th years is examined in the context of the civilized challenges and the changes of the basic values in the system “person- society”. The political system of the Soviet Ukraine in the 1920th-1930th years is reflected in the large complex of historiographic sources, that includes popular and propagandist publications of the 1920th-1930th years, the first dissertations of the end of the 1940 th the beginning of the 1950th, methodological and historiographic works of the 1960 th the first part of the 1980th years with the limited usage of the archival sources, modern historiographic discursse. The historiographic analyses of the literature about the role of the bolshevist party in the formation of the totalitarian regime, the councils as the support of an anti-democratic regime are given, the main tendencies in the native and foreign historiography about the intergrowth of an party and state apparatus and the transformation of the trade unions into the “bringing belts” from the authority to the masses are investigated. The transformation of the NK-SPU-NKIA to the punitive bodies of the state, the formation of the mechanism 21 of the political terror in the Soviet Ukraine in the 1920th-1930th years is traced in the historiographic area. |
