У статті розкрито результати ґрунтовного теоретико-емпіричного дослідження проблеми компетентності старшокласників у спілкуванні. Автором здійснено спробу на основі аналізу дефініцій компетентності у спілкуванні виявити відмінності у підходах різних авторів і одночасно засвідчити певну спільність поглядів щодо тих чи тих ознак даного психологічного феномену; виокремити структурні складові досліджуваного комплексного утворення. Стрижневим завданням, розвʼязаним у дослідженні, стала розробка і верифікація на матеріалі емпіричних досліджень методики вимірювання рівня компетентності старшокласників у спілкуванні. Проведене емпіричне дослідження презентоване у вигляді результатів констатувального експерименту на матеріалі учнів старших класів середніх загальноосвітніх навчальних закладів України. The results of profound of theoretical and tmpirical research of the problem competence of senior pupils in communication are revealed in the article. The author attempted on the base of analysis of definition competence in communication to reveal of differences in approaches of different authors and one time to prove of some communion of views regarding this psychological phenomenon; the structural components of investigated the complex formation are explored. During futher research was found of destitution of generally accepted methods of psychological diagnosis of competence in communication. The main task in research is a working and verification on the material of empirical researches of the methods of measuring level of competence of senior pupils in communication. Proposed author methods can serve of responsible and valid instrument of psychological diagnosis this complex formation as competence in communication. The empirical research is conducted, it is presented as results of constative experiment on the material of senior pupils of secondary educational establishment of Ukraine, it showed of existence the higher index of competence in communication. However significant remained of choiceʼs particle, it needs of competence, directing and orderly psychological influence of correctional and developing character. The theoretical and empirical research of social and psychological competence of senior pupils in communication did himself not exhaust this problem, consequently us outlined of possibilities of further investigations in this direction. |
