У статті розглянуті основні педагогічні умови формування європейської мобільності майбутніх фахівців економічного профілю. Розкрито поняття «європейська мобільність майбутніх фахівців економічного профілю». Після аналізу критеріїв сформованості європейської мобільності майбутніх фахівців економічного профілю було розроблено технологію створення відповідних педагогічних умов. Вона складалася із упровадження методичних рекомендацій та спецсемінару, що мали на меті підвищення готовності студентів до європейської мобільності. В експерименті з упровадження даних педагогічних умов брали участь дві групи студентів економічних спеціальностей, із яких було виділено експериментальну та контрольну групи. Ми визначили та порівняли рівень сформованості європейської мобільності до та після експерименту. Дані показали, що в експериментальній групі відбулося значне підвищення сформованості європейської мобільності, у той час, як у контрольній групі змін майже не було. Це підтвердило ефективність визначених нами педагогічних умов та технології їх упровадження. It is becoming increasingly difficult to ignore the growing expansion of outbound academic mobility in Ukraine. However, very little empirical research has been carried out to outline the way mobility programs which are organized in particular educational institutions. The aim of this study was therefore to investigate the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions to create favorable environment for the development of European mobility and the technology of their implementation. The article describes the main pedagogical conditions of European mobility of the future specialists in economics. These conditions include maintaining appropriate level of motivation, providing information basis for students and improving language expertise. Besides, it covers the concept of European mobility of the future specialists in economics. After analyzing the formation criteria of future European mobility of specialists in economics (motivation, information, language expertise, readiness) was developed technology to create appropriate pedagogical conditions. It consisted of the implementation of guidelines and special seminars that aimed to increase students' readiness for European mobility. In the experiment of the implementation of defined pedagogical conditions were involved two groups of students of economic specialties, which were subdivided into experimental and control groups. Two groups of students were taught by two different methods: one group was taught according to traditional curriculum, while a second group included use of technology to implement pegagogical conditions to form European mobility. We determined and compared the level of development of European mobility before and after the experiment. The two groups were assessed in the same way after an experiment. The data showed that in the experimental group there was a significant increase in formation of European mobility, while in the control group was almost no change. This confirmed the effectiveness defined pedagogical conditions and technology of their implementation. |
