Молодіжний рух в Україні у 1990- ті роки пройшов етап бурхливого розвитку. Важливою подією для нього стало проголошення незалежності України і проведення всеукраїнського референдуму 1 грудня 1991 р. З цього періоду значно збільшилася кількість молодіжних громадських організацій, посилилася їхня політизація. Більшість молодіжних структур перебували в опозиції до офіційної влади і боролися за відродження української державності. Із проголошенням незалежності України, молодіжні громадські організації перейшли до конструктивної співпраці з владою. Молодіжний рух являвся опозицією до політико-владних структур, сприяючи своїми діями вирішенню як молодіжних, так і загальних соціальних проблем, а отримавши частину повноважень офіційної влади у сфері формування і реалізації державної молодіжної політики здійснив значний вплив на розвиток свідомості молоді. Від діяльності молодіжних громадських структур, їхньої суспільної значущості, підвищення політичної культури молоді залежав розвиток державотворчих процесів в Україні, становлення демократії і громадянського суспільства. Youth movement in Ukraine in 1990 years passed a very important stages. An important event that has divided them was the declaration of independence of Ukraine and the referendum December 1, 1991. Significantly increased the number of youth organizations, increased their politicization. Most youth structures in opposition to official authorities and fought for the revival of Ukrainian statehood. After the Ukraine proclaimed its independence youth organizations have moved to the constructive cooperation with the leadership. During the second phase of the youth movement (199 -1999) the complex of problems in the political, economic and social situation and in the social structure of the youth movement was actively developed, restoring its historical traditions, roots, and took the appropriate place in the political system of society. Along with features specific to youth movements in the former Soviet republics, the youth movement in Ukraine had its specific differences due specifics of economic and political development, historical background, population mental peculiarities of individual regions and more. To youth faced a number of problems. Their main slogan independence, Ukraine has been executed and the program further action they had as real mechanisms for establishing economic life. Was an acute problem of relations with the government. On the one hand, the national-democratic forces advanced the slogan of opposition to the government, on the other had to maintain this power as a manifestation of independence. Youth movement appeared opposition to the political and power structures, contributing to the solution of their actions as youth and overall social issues were part of the official government power in the formation and implementation of state youth policy. From the work of youth social structures, their social significance, depends the state processes in Ukraine, of democracy and civil society. |
