У статті доводиться, що виникнення біоетики пов’язано з потребою і необхідністю осмислення і моральної оцінки сучасних досліджень у сфері медицини і біології, їхніх успіхів і проблем, коли з’явилася небезпека ставлення до людини як до об’єкта спостереження, експерименту, маніпуляції. Зростання авторитету біоетики в умовах гуманізації суспільства пов’язується із захистом прав людини. Філософсько-світоглядні основи біоетики складають базові принципи діяльності «не зашкодь», «роби благо», «благоговіння перед життям». На цих основах формується людська особистість, гуманістичний потенціал якої спрямовується на збереження життя в цілому. Біоетика – це етика життя, утвердження його самоцінності. Філософсько-світоглядний вектор біоетики спрямовується від людини в навколишній світ на охорону життя, незалежно в якій формі воно проходить. Біоетика як система філософських знань впевнено входить до наукового обігу. Але для цього необхідно остаточно вирішити питання про зміст і структуру біоетичної науки, дати формулювання основних її принципів і категорій, з’ясувати місце в системі освіти та системі інших наук, а найголовніше комплексно втілювати теоретичні досягнення біоетики в практику суспільного життя. In the article it is proved the origin of bioethics to the necessity and the indispensability of the comprehension and the moral estimation of the modern researches in the field of medicine and biology, their successes and problems, when the danger of the attitude appeared toward a man as to the object of supervision, experiment, manipulation. The increase of the authority of bioethics in the conditions of humanizing of the society contacts with the protection of human rights. The world philosophical-view bases of bioethics fold the base principles of the activity «do not harm», «do blessing», «reverence before life». The human personality is formed on these bases, the humanistic potential of which heads for the maintenance of life on the whole. Bioethics is the ethics of life, the claim of its worth. The world philosophical-view vector of bioethics is directed from a man in the surrounding world on the guard of life, independently what form it passes in. Bioethics as a system of philosophical knowledge is confidently included in the scientific turnover. But for this purpose it is necessary to decide finally a question about the maintenance and the structure of bioethic science, to give the formulation of its basic principles and categories, to find out the place in the system of education and the system of the other sciences, and the main task is to incarnate fully the theoretical achievements of bioethics in the practice of a public life. |
