У статті розглядається питання ненасилля у соціально-політичній сфері. Сучасні процеси соціально-політичних змін відбуваються в контексті загальноцивілізаційних трансформацій, зумовлених глобалізаційними процесами, широким розповсюдженням сучасних засобів інформації та комунікації, суттєвим розширенням можливостей і потреб в індивідуальному, особистісному розвитку людини, якій притаманна ідея ненасилля. Ці чинники обумовлюють, з одного боку, розвиток незалежності та демократії в Україні, її національне відродження, а з другого – модернізацію та гуманізацію сучасної соціально-політичної системи загалом. Важливе місце в цьому складному та багатогранному процесі належить боротьбі за мир, розвитку ненасилля та прагнення до мирного врегулювання існуючих соціально-політичних конфліктів. Охарактеризовано основні положення концепції ненасилля, що визнає необхідність, доцільність та виправдання відмови від застосування насилля. The article deals with the problems of non-violence in sociopolitical sphere. Modern processes of sociopolitical changes occur in the context of the general civilizational transformations, caused by globalization processes, widespread modern media and communication, significant expansion opportunities and needs in an individual and personal development, which is inherent in the idea of nonviolence. These factors explains, on the one hand, the development of independence and democracy in Ukraine, its national revival, and on the other hand, modernization and humanization of the modern socio-political system in general. An important place in this complicated and multifaceted process belongs struggle for peace, development of non-violence and the desire for a peaceful settlement of the existing socio-political conflicts. Determined, that the practical activities in direction rejection of use of non-violence engage pacifist movements and groups whose work is aimed to solve the large number of problems in society - political, social, economic, ethical, religious, practical etc. During research established the importance of humanistic aspect of a culture of peace, strengthening a culture of peace in collaboration with the ideas of democracy. Formation a culture of peace should be based on the preservation of cultural diversity, encouraging pluralism and dialogue of world Cultures as a force for change in the development of human consciousness and a means of exchange experience conflict-free development society. Herewith a significant role in the socio-political sphere play national and regional programs culture of peace – coordination action in the field of education, culture, communications, humanities, youth and women's programs and others. Therefore, the modern processes of socialpolitical changes taking place in the context of general-civilizational transformations caused by globalization processes, the dissemination modern tools information and communication, significant expansion opportunities and needs in individual, personal development person. |
