Дисертацію присвячено теоретико-методичному обґрунтуванню наукових засад та розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо формування та використання економічного потенціалу підприємств з розвинутим свинарством. У роботі узагальнено теоретичні розробки вчених щодо сутності поняття «економічний потенціал», уточнено категоріальний апарат та визначено сутність категорії «економічний потенціал підприємства» з урахуванням особливостей діяльності підприємств з розвинутим свинарством. Узагальнено і вдосконалено методику оцінки економічного потенціалу підприємств з розвинутим свинарством. Проаналізовані рівень розвитку та складові економічного потенціалу підприємств з розвинутим свинарством Миколаївської області та визначено вплив на нього зовнішніх та внутрішніх факторів. Запропоновано авторське бачення концептуальної схеми й ідентифікацію структурних елементів економічного потенціалу підприємств з розвинутим свинарством. Удосконалено підходи до формування прикладних інструментів розвитку економічного потенціалу підприємств з розвинутим свинарством, що забезпечують реалізацію положень концепції в господарській діяльності. The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and methodological foundations of scientific substantiation and development of practical recommendations for the formation and applying of the economic potential of the companies with developed pig-breeding. The work summarizes the theoretical research of scientists about the nature of the concept of «economic potential», specified categories and the essence of the concept «the economic potential of the company» with considering the features of economic activity of companies with developed pig-breeding. It is overview and improved the methodology for measurement of the economic potential of the companies with developed pig-breeding. It is analyzed the level of economic potential development and components of the economic potential of Mykolaiv region companies with developed pig-breeding and identified the influence of external and internal factors on it. It is suggested the author vision of the conceptual framework and identification of structural elements of the economic potential of the companies with developed pig-breeding. It is improved the approaches to the formation of applied tools of development of the economic potential of the companies with developed pigbreeding that provide the implementation of the concept in business. The research have shown that ineffective implementation of the innovative component of the economic potential of the companies with developed pig-breeding prevents the processes of formation and growth of economic potential. The decision of a problem of mobilization of unrealized innovative potential are offered in the work. It is determined that the innovative activity of the companies depends on the magnitude of its innovative potential, determines the possibilities of self-financing of innovations, and also characterizes the possibilities and interest of the enterprise in using its own, borrowed and attracted funds. The innovation potential, as a part of the economic potential of the companies with developed pig-breeding, depends both on the results of the company's activities and on the factors of the external economic environment. The use of benchmarking as a tool for shaping the economic potential of companies makes it possible to solve this issue and also partially eliminate the reasons for the slow spread of positive experience in introducing innovations in companies with developed pig-breeding of I and II cluster. An important way to strengthen and develop the economic potential of the enterprises is the formation of the institutional business combination with the development of pig breeding by creating Regional Department of Ukrainian Pig Breeders in Mykolaiv region (which will: compile and analyze information on the operation of companies with development of pig breeding in the region and the problems that arise in the course of their activities the purpose of the best ways to find a solution to them, to create a regional Centre of Benchmarking as a component part of Regional branch of Ukrainian Pig Breeders in the Mykolaiv region). Proposals on priority directions of increasing the economic potential of companies with developed pig-breeding are summarized. These directions allow to consider the features of the economic potential and its components, the need to reduce threats and minimize risks, the possibility of deepening the analysis of their impact on the efficiency of activities and the prospects for sustainable development of business entities. |
