У статті проаналізовано структуру, динаміку та основні тенденції формування доходів і витрат домогосподарств як важливих показників рівня життя населення в Україні. Аналіз стану рівня доходів та витрат здійснено у динаміці та за структурою. Визначено взаємозв’язок між рівнем цін та витратами населення і рівнем роздрібного товарообороту. Виявлено причини, які стримують зростання реальних доходів населення в Україні. Зосереджена увага на необхідності запровадження в Україні соціальних стандартів та гарантій більш високого рівня та якості. Визначено основні напрями удосконалення державної політики у сфері доходів і витрат населення в умовах євроінтеграції. Надано пропозиції щодо удосконалення політики доходів населення, спрямованої на підвищення доходів та добробуту населення України.
The article analyzes the structure, dynamics and main trends of income and expenditure formation of households as important indicators of living standards in Ukraine. The analysis of the level of income and expenditure is carried out in dynamics and structure. The relationship between the level of prices and expenses of the population and the level of retail trade turnover are determined. Reasons were found that restrain the growth of real incomes in Ukraine. The focus is on the need to introduce social standards and guarantees of a higher level and quality in Ukraine. The main directions of improvement of the state policy in the field of incomes and expenditures of the population in the conditions of European integration are determined. The proposals on improving the income policy of the population aimed at increasing the incomes and welfare of the Ukrainian population are given. |
