У статті обґрунтовано необхідність залучення іноземних інвестицій в розвиток аграрного сектору як одного із джерел забезпечення продовольчої безпеки держави, гарантом розвитку її сфер та екологічного захисту довкілля. Проаналізовано тенденції залучення іноземних інвестицій в аграрний сектор Миколаївської області, в результаті виявлено не достатню інвестиційну насиченість. Розглянуто основні перешкоди, що гальмують приплив прямих іноземних інвестицій в аграрну галузь. Запропоновано комплекс заходів для активізації залучення коштів іноземних інвесторів.
В статье обоснованно необходимость привлечения иностранных инвестиций в развитие аграрного сектора как одного из источников обеспечения продовольственной безопасности государства, гарантом развития ее сфер и экологической защиты окружающей среды. Проанализированы тенденции привлечения иностранных инвестиций в аграрный сектор Николаевской области, в результате обнаружена не достаточная инвестиционная насыщенность. Рассмотрены основные препятствия, которые тормозят прилив прямых иностранных инвестиций в аграрную отрасль. Предложен комплекс мероприятий для активизации привлечения средств иностранных инвесторов. Primary purpose of the article is opening of essence and analysis of problems of the foreign investing of agricultural sector of the Mykolaiv region, development of perspective directions and measures, on activation of investment activity in industry of region in modern terms. Paper used the method of theoretical generalization, analysis, statistical and mathematical, bibliographic. An informative base is statistical information, scientifically analytical articles, Internet resources, own calculations of authors. In the article grounded necessity of bringing in of foreign investments for development agricultural sector as one of sources of providing of food safety of the state, by the guarantor of development of its spheres and ecological defense of environment. The tendencies of bringing in of foreign investments are analyzed in the agriculture Mykolaiv region, resulting not found sufficient investment saturation. In the agriculture sector of Mykolaiv region there is a significant imbalance between large potential of bringing in of foreign investments and real terms of his mastering by foreign investors. Basic obstacles which break the wave of direct foreign investments in agricultural sector are considered. Set of measures to enhance the attraction of foreign investors. Among them: creating a positive investment image of Mykolaiv region internationally; information support of foreign investment; promotion of system of investment projects that have a significant impact on the regional economy; improving the efficiency of state administration of foreign investment processes at regional level. For activation of investment processes actual is acceptance of participating in international exhibitions-fairs. Consequently, to provide stable and sustainable development of the agricultural sector in Mykolaiv region can be provided to create a favorable investment climate. |
