The article presents brief historic and political analysis of reasons and stages of transition of political positions of Zaporozhian Sich Cossack starshyna towards elective administration, independent of Poland in the first decades of the XVII century. The conclusion was made that the detailed hierarchy of Cossack authorities in terms of periodic rotation and reporting of all its levels, formation of personal foreign-policy priorities and autonomous aspirations, independent of Polish official position in starshynskaya elite were formed in this period.
В статье проведен краткий историко-политический анализ причин и этапов трансформации политических позиций казацкой старшины Запорожской Сечи в первые десятилетия ХVII в. по направлению к автономному от Польши выборному управлению. Делается вывод о складывании в этот период чёткой иерархии власти казацкого сообщества на условии периодической ротации и отчётности всех её ступеней, формированию у старшинской элиты собственных, не зависимых от польской официальной позиции внешнеполитических приоритетов и автономистских устремлений. У статті проведено короткий історико-політичний аналіз причин і етапів трансформації політичних позицій козацької старшини Запорізької Січі в перші десятиліття XVII ст. у напрямі до автономного від Польщі виборного управління. Робиться висновок про складання в цей період чіткої ієрархії влади козацької спільноти на умовах періодичної ротації та звітності всіх її ступенів, формуванню у старшинській еліти власних, незалежних від польської офіційної позиції зовнішньополітичних пріоритетів і автономістських устремлінь. |
