В сучасних умовах практично неможливо отримати великі об’єми молока високої якості без застосування кормових добавок і концентратів. Ми пропонуємовикористовувати в раціоні дійних корів кормовий концентрат Живина™, в склад якого входятьамінокислоти, макро- та мікроелементи, вітаміни. Згідно наших досліджень доведено, щощоденне згодовування Живини™ дійним коровам впродовж 100 діб в кількості 200 г на голову призводить до збільшення добового надою на 13,6 %, тобто до 26,46 кг молока по базиснійжирності у абсолютному значенні. Економічна ефективність застосування Живини™, виходячи зодержаної додаткової вартості молочної продукції, склала 6,45 грн на кожну гривню, витрачену на кормову добавку. В современных условиях практически невозможно получить большие объемымолока высокого качества без применения в рационе коров кормовых добавок и концентратов. Мыпредлагаем на постоянной основе добавлять в состав рационов дойных коров кормовой концентрат Живина™, в состав которого входят аминокислоты, макро- и микроэлементы, витамины. Согласнонашим исследованиям установлено, что ежедневное скармливание Живины™ дойным коровам в течении 100 дней в количестве 200 г на голову приводит к увеличению суточного удоя на 13,6 %или до 26,46 кг молока по базисной жирности в абсолютном исчислении. Экономическаяэффективность введения Живины™ в рацион, исходя из полученной дополнительной стоимости молочной продукции, составила 6,45 грн на каждую гривну, потраченную на кормовую добавку. The maintenance and feeding of dairy cattle for intensive production requires an increased attention of specialists and constant veterinary control. In modern conditions, it is practically impossible to obtain large volumes of high quality milk without the use of feed additives and concentratesin the diet of cows. We offer to add the feed concentrate of Zhivina™ permanently to the rations of milk cows, which recently appeared on the domestic agricultural market for preparations and feed additives. The composition of Zhivina™ includes essential and non-essential amino acids (lysine, methionine,threonine, glutamine, glycine, asparagine, arginine); macro (Ca, P) and trace elements (Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, I); vitamins (A, B, D, E, K, P); capsaicin; cinnamaldehyde. According to the manufacturer (Private Firm "Vita", Ukraine), the addition of Zhivina™ to the diet of dairy cattle makes it possible to balance the compositionof amino acids, vitamins and microelements, which positively affects the immune status and productivity ofanimals. We conducted our own production tests of the effect of this feed concentrate on the dairyproductivity of cows in the conditions of the livestock complex with the flow-shop maintenance of animals that is located in the Vinnytsia region of Ukraine. This farm is equipped with a modern hall for machinemilking cows such as "Сarrousel", as well as installations for the preliminary processing and storage ofmilk received. In the experiment cows of black-ripened breed, aged 3-5 years, live weight 500-600 kg wereused. The standard daily milk yield per cow in this farm is 23.3 kg of milk according to the basic fatcontent. According to our research, it has been established that the daily feeding of Zhivina™ to dairycows in the amount of 200 grams per head for 100 days leads to an increase in daily milk yield by 13.6%(in absolute terms – up to 26.46 kg of milk in basic fat content). The quality of milk received also improved: the percentage of fat (from 3.5 to 3.78%) and protein (from 2.96 to 3.01%) increased. The economicefficiency of the introduction of Zhivina™ in the diet, based on the additional value of dairy products, was6.45 UAH spent on the feed additive. Thus, we recommend the introduction of the Zhivin™ preparationinto the daily diet of dairy cows as a vitamin-mineral supplement, which allows to increase significantly milkyields and increase the profitability of entrepreneurial activity as a whole. |
