Modern scientific and methodical literature of native and foreign scientists and specialists in the system of physical education who work in the direction of students’ flexibility development during the 2004–2017 years of study in institutions of higher education has been reviewed in the article. It has been presented the results of sambo fight effectiveness in the educational process of physical training on the male and female students’ flexibility development.
В статье рассмотрена современная научно-методическая литература отечественных и зарубежных ученых и специалистов в системе физического воспитания, которые работают в направлении развития гибкости студентов в течение 2004–2017 годов обучения в высших учебных заведениях. Представлены результаты эффективности борьбы самбо в учебном процессе физической культуры по развитию гибкости студентов. У статті розглянуто сучасну наукову та методичну літературу вітчизняних та зарубіжних вчених та фахівців у системі фізичного виховання, які працюють у напрямку розвитку гнучкості студентів протягом 2004–2017 років навчання у вищих навчальних закладах. Наведено результати ефективності боротьби самбо у навчальному процесі фізичного виховання з розвитком гнучкості у студентів. |
